ReConnect Rondo

WS3™

As the Strategic Development Consultant, WS-3 formed ReConnect Rondo, Inc. as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and drafted the strategic development business plan and project scope that directly led to the funding of the Rondo Land Bridge Project — the centerpiece effort to heal the historic Rondo neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota, devastated by the construction of I-94.

This work earned a prestigious Gold Star from the Urban Land Institute in March 2018 — a national recognition of excellence in urban planning and community revitalization.
